Senior Citizens
This course is designed for a population that is vulnerable due to their sensitive physical state and limited physical fitness.
The training sessions are therefore planned and ordered according to a future plan, understanding the requirement for speed and explosive strength from slow-moving people.
The training sessions are varied: releases from grabs, defense against hand attacks, open hand blows, special training with sticks given to the senior citizen trainee for assistance, understanding the lack of dynamic movement combined with age and technique.
